Surfulater Support Center
Along with the launch of this new Web site we are evaluating changing our Support Center to a new package that streamlines and enhances how we deliver support. We are excited by the new packages capabilities and feel that it will work better for you our users and ourselves. There are two ways to use the support center.
- Start a New discussion or Search the Knowledge Base by clicking on the Help & Support Tab on the top right edge of each web page.
- Visit the Support Center web site where you can browse, search, add and edit discussions and Search the Knowledge Base.
All Support should now be done using this system. If you encounter any problems please e-mail us.
The Support Forums we've used since Surfulater's inception contains a wealth of information with over 1,000 threads, 4,500 posts and 20,000+ views. You can view these forums, however we ask that for future support requests and suggestions you use our new Support Center.

We reply to all e-mails within 1-2 business days. If you don't receive a prompt reply then either we never received your e-mail or you didn't get our reply.
