Click on the 'Download' image to download. Surfulater runs on Microsoft Windows and lets you capture content from any Windows Application. It integrates with Internet Explorer V7, V8 & V9 and Firefox V4 or later and Google Chrome V9 or later. It can also be used with Opera and any other Web Browser.
Google Chrome: To install the Surfulater Extension and get Surfulater integrated into the Chrome right click context menu, download the Extension and drag it onto Chrome.
Surfulater.exe V3.42.10.0 has been tested on over 42 Virus Scanners which report: No Viruses or Malware found. Results here and here. The Installer has also been verified clean by these same services, results here and here. Beware downloads from other sites, especially so called crack and warez sites where downloads contain malware, trojans and viruses.
Click on the 'Download' image above and install this release over the top of your current installation. Your Knowledge Bases will not be affected, however you should always back them up before installing a new release. If you purchased Version 2 within 90 days of the V3 release, the upgrade is free. If you already own a Version 3 License this and all V3 releases are free. Don't forget to do regular backups, as described in the Help.

V3.31.0.0 lets you drag articles from the content window and drop them on the Knowledge Tree or on the 'See Also' field of other articles, quickly add tags to articles from selected content and resolves a number of issues.
V3.30.0.0 makes working with large Knowledge Trees easier by enabling you take snapshots of the tree shape, selection and filter and restoring these snapshots. The usability of Knowledge Tree Filtering has been improved and various issues have been addressed including compatibility with Firefox Version 3.6 via an updated Surfulater Firefox Extension.
V3.20.0.0 includes some great new features to end a great year of Surfulater development. Our new Screen Clipper lets you capture any area of your screen and save it to a Surfulater Knowledge Base. Clipboard Hotkey capture, which lets you capture content from any Windows application, now only requires that you select the content and press the Hotkey. No more having to copy the selection to the Windows Clipboard first. And as usual some important bugs have been fixed.
Finally we've released Screen Clipper, a free stand-alone screen shot capture program that requires no installation and can be used from a USB stick. See www.screenclipper.com for details.
This is a minor update to address an issue with V3.16 and fix some newly reported bugs.
This update improves the usability of the new Knowledge Tree Filter as well as addressing some issues with it and a few other bug fixes.
Two major new features; Knowledge Tree Filtering and HTML item display in the Knowledge Tree form the basis of this release. In addition various bugs have been fixed and performance has been improved in some areas.
This is a minor update to address an issue in V3.15.0.0 and some other older issues which have just been reported.
This release includes major updates to the Surfulater code base including removal of seven DLL's and new features such as the ability to Set Text Color, Set Article Titles, Web Search, use "Paste as reciprocal 'See also' links" in the Tags tree, jump to Tags in the tags tree via. live Tag field links and more.
This release shows you which folders each article is in and lets you navigate to them. This was planned for the first V3 release but didn't quite make it. More information... It also fixes various issues we've encountered since V3 was released.

This release is primarily a maintenance update to address some issues with the new Web KB Publishing capability. It also includes two new, user contributed, article templates.
